Met Gala 2018: The Best Dressed Looks

It’s the party of the year when A-list celebrities gather to celebrate a highly-coveted event. More than a fundraising occasion, the Met Gala is a witness to superlative elegance and iconic clothing designs. This year’s theme “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” inspired these celebrities to be keen on details and deliver their best yet party dresses in a “religious way.” Among the hundreds, we think these five gorgeous women get the best dressed award.

As expected, Rihanna still holds the crown of being Met Gala’s Queen. She did not disappoint when she channeled a full Pope’s look with her custom Maison Margiela dress. The Barbadian superstar did rock her big win!

2. Madonna
Would you care less from the Queen of Pop? Def not as Madonna proves that she is a showstopper from her surprise performance in bringing justice to the 2018 Met Gala theme. Her red carpet appearance is a stunner with her majestic black Jean Paul Gaultier gown. Completing her look is a crown with black net veil plus a few black roses.

3. Blake Lively
Even without Ryan Reynolds as her perfect escort, Blake Lively exudes a high-fashion act with her favorite Christian Louboutin by her side. The highlight of her look- her intricate ruby gown created by no less than Versace and yes, the angelic headpiece.

4. Sarah Jessica Parker
Always big in donning fashion statements, Sarah Jessica Parker showed unwavering commitment to this year’s theme with her octane gold gown by Dolce and Gabbana. Did you notice her towering headpiece that highlights a nativity scene? Such a loyal, Carrie Bradshaw!

5. Zendaya
One of our favorites, singer and actress Zendaya, slayed the red carpet when she dressed up as Saint Joan of Arc in a bold red hair. Her metallic silver Versace gown is rocking its cool armor feature with a modest train.
